Sustainable Materials
Organic cork trays are made with sustainably sourced cork that’s been naturally smoked with ink.
Cork is harvested once every nine years in Portugal without harming the tree. The cork Montado Forests provide essential homes for many endangered species which means whilst these coasters enhance your home, they allow endangered wildlife to keep theirs. Cork also continues to absorb CO2 even as a product.

Furniture & Large Items
Our dedicated UK Courier Delivery Service takes care of your furniture and larger items. Delivered usually within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to check that any type of furniture and large items will fit through doorways, stairwells, and staircases. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team prior to delivery who can advise.
Packaging
All of our lovely items are wrapped and packed securely and we try to be as eco conscious with our packaging as possible.
We hope you love every item you receive. However, if it doesn’t float your boat don’t worry, just send it back to us within 30 days and, providing it’s in its original condition and packaging we’ll refund the product(s) for you.
Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to send an email with your order number and reason for return to our customer service team at info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund.
Before returning any item(s) to us, we do ask that they are in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached and goods in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item(s) are returned safely and are not damaged in transit.
Please print off our Returns Form and return it along with your items. All sections must be completed including the reason for return.
We do not offer free returns and the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. When posting your item back you must obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have received your item(s) we will process your return as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy it can take up to 7 days from the date we received your return, and up to 10 days during our busy Christmas period. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please contact our friendly Customer Services team by email at info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk. We aim to respond to all email queries within 48 hours.
