Refund policy

We hope you love every item you receive. However, if it doesn’t float your boat don’t worry, just send it back to us within 14 days providing it’s in its original condition and packaging we’ll refund the product(s) for you.

Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. Contact our customer service team at info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund.

Before returning any item(s) to us, we do ask that they are in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached and goods in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item(s) are returned safely and are not damaged in transit.

Unfortunately we cannot refund made to order items where you have chosen a specific fabric or colour.

Please print off our Returns Form and return it along with your items. All sections must be completed including the reason for return.

We do not offer free returns and the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. When posting your item back we advise you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items lost and damaged in transit. 

In some cases, the imagery, measurements and colours, as well as their names, are merely for reference. Everything perceived on the screen can be altered by many factors, which are: the screen calibration, the ambience lights, the viewing angle, etc. If the customer wants to know these details they should consult our sales team, as returns for technical reasons will be at their expense. 

Once we have received your item(s) we will process your return as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy it can take up to 7 days from the date we received your return, and up to 10 days during our busy Christmas period. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please contact our friendly Customer Services team by email at info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk. We aim to respond to all email queries within 48 hours.
