Shipping policy
Mrs Robinson endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and safest way. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends), except for furniture and large, bulky items which can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.

Furniture & Fragile items
Our dedicated UK Mainland Courier Delivery Service takes care of your furniture and larger items. Delivered usually within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to check that any type of furniture and large items will fit through doorways, stairwells, and staircases. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our dedicated customer service team prior to placing an order.
Packaging
We try to be as eco-conscious with our packaging as possible and therefore recycle old boxes and padding materials. Don't worry though - we always ensure that the packaging is sturdy and your items are packed securely.
