Returns & Refunds

We hope you love every item you receive. However, if it doesn’t float your boat don’t worry, just send it back to us within 30 days and, providing it’s in its original condition and packaging we’ll refund the product(s) for you.

Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to send an email with your order number and reason for return to our customer service team at info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund.

Before returning any item(s) to us, we do ask that they are in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached and goods in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item(s) are returned safely and are not damaged in transit.

Please print off our Returns Form and return it along with your items. All sections must be completed including the reason for return.

We do not offer free returns and the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. When posting your item back you must obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received your item(s) we will process your return as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy it can take up to 7 days from the date we received your return, and up to 10 days during our busy Christmas period. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please contact our friendly Customer Services team by email at info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk. We aim to respond to all email queries within 48 hours.

Any Damages MUST be reported within 24hours of receipt. We are unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this time.
