Furniture & Large Items
Our dedicated Courier Delivery Service takes care of your furniture and larger items. Delivered usually within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Packaging
We try to be as eco conscious with our packaging as possible, and therefore recycle old boxes and padding materials. Don't worry though - we always ensure that the packaging is sturdy and your items are packed securely.
We hope you love every item you receive. However, if it doesn’t float your boat don’t worry, just send it back to us within 14 days and, providing it’s in its original condition and packaging we’ll refund the product(s) for you.
Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to include your completed returns form to help our team identify your order. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund. Simply fill in the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us.
Before returning any item(s) to us, we do ask that they are in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached and goods in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item(s) are returned safely and are not damaged in transit.
We do not offer free returns and the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. When posting your item back you must obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have received your item(s) we will process your return as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy it can take up to 7 days from the date we received your return, and up to 10 days during our busy Christmas period. We aim to respond to all email queries within 48 hours.
